Mooresville, NC – Lake Norman United U15 continued their South East dominance and captured the U15 Championship in the Inaugural Charlotte Summer Classic.
With a perfect summer tournament record of 18-0 and 3 summer tournament championships to their credit, the Lake Norman United U15 has impressed the Southern Lacrosse community.
By winning the Southeast Championship in Georgia, the team has earned the first ever bid for a U15 team to the Dick’s National Tournament of Champions to be played in Tampa, FL on January 1,2 & 3 2010. The United will be one of only 8 elite teams that will receive a bid to compete for the National title. The tournament has not had a US winner to date at any level, but this team plans to change that.
